Booking with us is simple and straightforward:
1. Complete our enquiry form - Add as much information as possible about your event (date, location, theme, colours, budget) 2. Receive your personalised quote - We'll send you a detailed quote within 48 hours
3. Secure your booking - Pay a £50 non-refundable booking fee to reserve your date
4. Final payment - The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event setup
5. Sit back and relax - We'll take care of everything on the day!
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for popular dates like weekends and holidays. Ideally, contact us as early as possible 6-12 weeks before your event for the best availability. However, we often accommodate shorter notice bookings depending on our schedule. Get in touch as soon as you know your date, and we'll do our best to make your event special!
We're based in Lancaster and cover Lancaster and all surrounding areas. For events outside our standard coverage area, we're happy to travel! A mileage charge will apply for out-of-area deliveries. Just let us know your location when you enquire, and we'll provide a quote.

We'll provide examples and work with you to find the ideal palette that matches your theme and style.
We make venue events completely stress-free for you! We liaise directly with your venue to arrange setup and collection times that work with their schedule. This means you don't have to coordinate between us and the venue - we handle all the communication. Just provide us with the venue details, and we'll take care of the rest.
Yes! Setup and collection are included in our service. We'll arrive at the agreed time to professionally install your balloon display, ensuring everything looks perfect for your event. After your celebration, we'll return to collect any props and equipment, making the whole process hassle-free for you.
Sustainability is important to us! We use high-quality natural rubber latex balloons which are biodegradable, breaking down at the same rate as an oak leaf. All our props are reused across multiple events, reducing waste and our environmental impact. We're committed to creating beautiful celebrations while being mindful of our planet.
